The surefire way to be unhealthy. Guaranteed! Or your money back!
I think that I should read this each morning as a reminder. I’m getting lazy in my elder years about taking the best care of myself that I could be doing. “Getting old” is just one of those excuses, smile.
"there is no such thing as failure, only feedback" - great line, and article too. Thanks
Loved this article. So accurate. No hiding behind endless list of excuses any more!
Great article . So concise , perceptive , insightful . A good catalyst for change !
Dear Dr. Barrett,
I just reread the list you wrote here.
Yes, I did some of the things on the bad list myself.
But you inspired me to do two things.
a) Don’t blame circumstances complain. (It accomplishes nothing).
b) Keep failing until you succeed. ("There is no failure, only feedback.")
Thank you so much! You inspired me to change my life today! (And not only in the topic in question!)
Glad you found it of value. I have fallen foul of pretty much all of them at some point in my life. Still working on it.
Let's go!
Brilliant article. Very relatable to the masses.
