I think that I should read this each morning as a reminder. I’m getting lazy in my elder years about taking the best care of myself that I could be doing. “Getting old” is just one of those excuses, smile.

I just reread the list you wrote here.

Yes, I did some of the things on the bad list myself.

But you inspired me to do two things.

a) Don’t blame circumstances complain. (It accomplishes nothing).

b) Keep failing until you succeed. ("There is no failure, only feedback.")
