Apologies on late reply to this interesting article. Having studied Food Science (MSc) there is an issue with DASH style diet in that they recommend low fat or no fat dairy products. As we know there has been a major U-turn on this with full fat everything recommended, especially as low/no fat foods are bulked out with all kinds of nasty stuff. Full fat and especially fermented dairy products (yoghurts, cheese etc.) have been shown to have little to no effect on cholesterol.
