No question that exercise capacity has been proven to be a indicator of risk - but is it that people don't, or can't exercise due to the impact of their disease?
do they have a higher risk because the magnitude of their disease means they can't exercise?
Thank you for reminding me of how powerful exercise is in reducing the odds of cancer and recurrence, and specifically of the NK cells being its mechanism. I wonder if NK capsules are as effective. Or Beta Glucans.

It is almost certainly a confounder for sure.

Until we have evidence we will just have to wait. I am unaware of any at this time.
