Good feature Paddy but in tackling 'causes if heart attack' can you please include those heart attacks that occur for other reasons too, like SCAD, or other inherited cardiac conditions/gene mutations / hormone changes as often people with these present in an ER and are sent home without the correct diagnosis, or don't present in the ER because they've never heard of someone young like them having a heart attack and assume its indigestion or back pain and unfortunately die at home. We do need to use every opp to re educate to avoid these outcomes

So how does one not worry about have vulnerable plaque. Does everyone now need a CT Angiogram or can one be more relaxed if their LDL is under 50 and they are on high intensity statins and have decent lifestyle?

It’s always a possibility, even with a CAC score of 0 but as long as you minimise all your risks you can minimise (but not eliminate) the risk of plaque rupture. It’s all a game of odds.
