I am doing everything I can to live to 151. I am 45 now. And if I make it to 151, I believe I will not be the first. We shall see. For me its all down to the basics. Exercise every day, a super healthy diet, fasting, no stress, lots of sleep, sunshine, clean air, clean water, a stressfree life, etc. Imagine if the peopole who lived to 120 made a stong effort to live super healthy. Would they have reached 150? Who knows..

As a geriatrician,I have been studying this for years. You present it in a logical manner that has transformed my approach to patients as well as myself. I feel better at 67 than I did at 40 with diet and exercise. Thanks for the inspiration and information!

Thanks Paul. I will admit I have come to this realisation probably far later than I should in my medical career but hopefully things will pay dividends like they have for you. Keep up the good work. Paddy

I have numerous family nonagenarians. It means I have good genes which I don’t take for granted. I have all the basics under control so looking forward to aging well. My Dad has always been my role model of health and fitness basics and he is in great shape at 92.
