I really enjoyed your article. It was very interesting and I could relate to you being in San Diego. I’ve lived in South Florida my entire life, complete eternal summer here. I LOVE the winter months. It’s cooler and dry. But summer here is disgusting!! So hot and humid. For me it’s the opposite, I feel way more tense and anxious in the summer with the extreme heat and dense humidity.
