He is hopeless, HSe guilines without any deviation, clinical guidelines, the refuge of the destitute! I have to look after myself, lifestyle, and all that entails, diet, mental health, exercise, no smoking, no alcohol. As you say time is short and if I follow my doctor’s advice, it will be shorter still.
