Thanks for writing this. I'm on day 93 of not skipping a day of meditation. Some friends and I use the app Habit Streak to motivate each other to keep the streak going, and it's pretty effective. I agree about this being a meta habit, which I why I've committed to it!

. ..when we achieve at least a second of thoughtlessness during meditation we may experience us in a status without problems .That is because we have to "think " problems, otherwise there are none...Ayya Khema
